Come spend a summer with us and work in one of Canada’s oldest and most historic Provincial Parks.

For over 100 years Bartlett Lodge has been welcoming guests from around the world into our 12 cottages, 2 artist studios, and 2 platform Glamping Tents. Each year we look to hire a diverse group of workers to help deliver our Bartlett Experience to guests new and old.

Our season typically runs from early May until the end of October. We’re happy to welcome students for a variety of positions and are just as excited with candidates who can work the entire season.

We aim to hire based on attitude and willingness to learn and believe our employee culture speaks for itself with so many of our staff returning for multiple seasons.

We typically do our hiring in February or March of each year for the summer months, although we do occasionally hire throughout the season to fit changing business needs.

We often hire for:

Cooks, Dishwashers, and Dining Room Servers
Front Desk Agents
Housekeepers
Boat Drivers and Maintenance Staff
