Algonquin Park Nature

Yes, that is a moose standing in the shallows on the far shore.

Algonquin Park is world-famous for orchestrating close encounters of the natural kind. Home to moose, wolves, beaver, all manner of birdlife, families of fox, meandering porcupines, black bears, otters and the majestic moose among many others of the wild kingdom, the team at Bartlett Lodge will do everything they can to help you get safely in front of great wildlife viewing opportunities. Our trails and canoe route maps will guide you to the right places. Just ask and we’ll put together a special one-day or multi-day wildlife experience for you.
