THE FINE PRINT
- Reservations will be confirmed on a deposit equivalent to $100 per person per night.
- Bookings cancelled with at least 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival will be issued a full refund of your deposit.
- In the event that a cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice, the deposit becomes 100% non-refundable. Bartlett Lodge will issue a credit equal to the deposit which can be used for a future stay, and is transferable to others.
- We are happy to hold a cabin without deposit for up to 48 hours
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit.
- Refunds cannot be given for early departure.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
ABOUT OUR RATES
We designed our pricing to be inclusive of a complete hospitality experience. To that end, rates are inclusive of breakfast and dinner, non-alcoholic beverages during meals, your park permit, our water taxi service, and all on-site amenities including canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and pedal boats.
For groups of less than 8 guests, Bartlett Lodge does not add an automatic service charge to your bill as we prefer to leave this to your discretion. Groups of 8 or more guests will have an 18% service fee added. All gratuities are shared equally amongst all our staff.
It is our pleasure to accommodate any special requests within our power to deliver.
We are not licensed to sell alcohol but you are more than welcome to bring your own to enjoy and we will gladly serve it to you without charge
